We founded HEXAGON to offer our foreign clients a special service that we find
is often lacking in the traditional property agencies here in the region.
Together we are fluent in four languages: English, German, French and Dutch. Allow us

necessary famous french bureaucracy and "paperasse" (paperwork) for you!
Our services
Signature of sales agreement at multilingual notary offices (german / english / french), supervision of renovations, recommendation of service providers such as: architects, interior designers, rental service, pool and garden maintenance. We help you with setting up french contracts for phone, internet, bank account, gas, water, electricity, insurances and more.
Our area
On request we work everywhere between the Italian border and St. Tropez.
Juliane: focus on the charming hinterland of Cannes including Mougins, Valbonne, Opio, Grasse, Cabris, St. Paul-de-Vence and Biot.

KIM BOUSSARD-SCHWARTZ
Kim grew up in sunny Southern California and since getting her license more than 16 years ago she has successfully represented clients in almost every type of real estate transaction. She achieved Top Agent/Top Producer status during her entire career in LA and Orange County. Kim is now based in Vallauris/Cannes.
In 2019 Kim and her French Husband moved to the French Riviera. She is a tough negotiator and will always advocate on the behalf of her clients to protect them and to produce the best outcome. If you ever find yourself on the negotiation table, she is someone that you want on your side.

JULIANE CREMERS
Juliane is an experienced German estate agent who has realised her dream by moving to the Côte d’Azur, which she already knows since her childhood. Before settling down in a former perfume factory in Grasse in 2022, she lived and worked in Cape Town, Rio de Janeiro, Amsterdam and Berlin.
Juliane is our true language talent and specialist for german and dutch speaking clients. She is a passionate, successful estate agent and combines her open and cheerful nature with excellent organisational skills.
